To make homes and communities better by bringing good businesses together, so everyone gets to do what they do best.
Every project needs loads of brilliant people. Agents, builders, managers, brokers. They've all got their own business and their own thing they're amazing at. My bit is pulling it all together.
How I work
Three steps. No drama.
You tell me how you like to do things, I'll tell you how I do, and we find what works for both of us.
Find
I look for houses across the North West that need a bit of love, through agents and people I trust.
Plan
I trained as a Chartered Accountant, so every number gets checked twice. I plan for what could go wrong before anything starts.
Deliver
A trusted team of builders and managers does the work, with clear plans and regular updates. If something comes up, we deal with it together, quickly.
What I've done so far
Real homes, real people.
A proper home, not a hotel room
It's had 96% occupancy over the past year. It's mostly contractors working far from home for months at a time, who'd much rather have a proper house than a hotel room.
One family stayed while their little one was in the local hospital, so they could all be together nearby.
What a seven-bed shared house taught me
It showed me exactly how I want things set up: owning the homes, so I can sort things straight away, and having great management in place from day one.

Freedom
I hate feeling stuck. I want the people in my homes, the people I work with, and me, to have a bit of freedom.
Warmth and trust
Nobody's perfect and things do go wrong. As long as we're on the same team, it's just, "Ok so how can we sort it?"

Nicer homes, more work for good local businesses, and people a little bit happier than before.

I'm building something calm and well organised, where everyone knows where we're going and things just run.
I really believe success should fit the life you want. For me that's lots of time with my family, the odd adventure, and plenty of days just chilling and laughing with people I love.

What kind of property are you interested in?
I'm open to all sorts. Houses, flats, a whole block, or a building that could become homes. If it's got potential, I'd love to hear about it.
Where do you work?
I'm based in the North West, but I'm open to good opportunities wherever they are. Tell me about it and we'll see what we can do.
Who do you work with?
Agents, sourcers, builders, managers and brokers. Good local businesses who take pride in what they do and want to keep doing it their way.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Things do go wrong sometimes, that's property. I'd always rather hear about it straight away. Then it's just, "Ok so how can we sort it?" No blame, just fixing it together.
How quickly will you reply?
I reply to every message myself. If I'm away, it might take a couple of days, but I will get back to you.
